Secret Search Ruling Appeal Likely

You can be of any political persuasion and still see that Ashcroft is smoking crack! How does anyone in their right mind say with a straight face, "We believe the act to be completely consistent with the United States Constitution." Are you freaking nuts!!! Have you ever read the Constitution? Let us review what our founding fathers said on the subject, since Mr. Ashcroft doesn't seem to know:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Let's see everything about the act contradicts what is written in the Constitution. No probable cause is required, nothing about what they are looking for is required, and the first amendment is destroyed because you can't tell someone that the government is violating your Constitutional protections. It's so unconstitutional that it should have never been allowed to come into law. I want to get the terrorists just as bad as everyone else, but if we scarified the Constitution to get it, we are giving up everything we are to live as prisoners of a police state. It's not worth it and it's un-American to boot. No matter your political persuasion, no American should stand idly by and allow the Constitution to be destroyed in the name of political power grab. Get registered to vote and help us get rid of W and his neo-con cronies!
