Alexis Wants to Help too
Last night Jamison and I were vacuuming and such doing our weekly clean up routine and Alexis was "helping" us work. She likes to help here and there. She'll pick up something and put it somewhere else, you know little things to "help". Emulation at its finest. I had a bottle of Febreze sitting on the end of the bed and Alexis looked at it and realized it went in the cabinet she isn't allowed to be in in the bathroom so she grabbed it, walked to the bathroom, opened that cabinet, put it where it goes and closed the cabinet door. It just goes to show that kids are very observant. We had a "Yeah!" and a clap even though I wasn't finished with the Febreze because that didn't matter. Alexis felt like she had done something wonderful and she put it back where it goes. You can't argue with that!

That's just a bold face lie! There isn't a person that knows me or knows of me that would believe that I have a "weekly cleanup routine". I'm a guy, I believe you should "try" once a year to clean house if you must. But the best choice is a clean house when your moving so you can get your security deposit back. Beyond that any cleaning I do is under threat of death. ;)
