It's really a paint by numbers sort of deal, but after making all those little stars to fill it in it sure feels like a major accomplishment! LOL

My mom taught my sister and I how to decorate cakes as a children. I can't do flowers (although I'm going to get my best friend to show me how when she's here in a few weeks!), but other than that I can do pretty much anything, including basket weave (which I figured out myself.)
Last year for Alexis' birthday I bought a cake because school was hectic around her birthday and I was extremely disappointed in the cake. This year I'm making it myself! We're doing a lady bug theme and I'm going to make individual lady bug cupcakes for the guests and a small lady bug cake for Alexis. Jamison was harrassing me because I'm already planning her party but since I will still be in school in June I have to think ahead. Plus I reminded him that last year I started planning the one year bash in November so I waited later this year! LOL
