Fabric, Yarn and Crafts Oh My!

For those of you that know me it comes as no surprise that I'm crafty. As my college career is finally winding down (is it July yet??) I'm actually having some time to be crafty again, but as with any crafty person you usually have about 5 million things going on at once! Currently I have numerous quilts in the making and a couple of knitting projects. As if this wasn't enough on the burner I went and got more today! First let's start with the yarn:

I'm going to knit these two together (I got more than just the two skeins, I just photographed one of each for simplicity sake) and make a sweater for Alexis. I won't start knitting it until closer to fall though since she grows about 2 inches every 30 seconds!

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this yet. (Again I got more than one skein.) I'll probably make another sweater for Alexis, but I might make myself a scarf and hat even though I don't usually go for pink. It's fun yarn though!

And now for the fabric! First the fabric I bought today and then I'll show you some that I've had for a while that will go with what I bought today.

I'm not sure what I'll do with this yet. It was on the clearance table and I dug it so I bought what they had left.

This is another one I really liked so I got a yard. I think I'll work it into my green quilt I've been working on.

For a while I've been thinking of making a lap quilt for Alexis with bugs and flowers. I haven't decided on a pattern yet, but I've been collecting material for a while now. Here's what I got today for this theme:

And Alexis loves ducks. When she saw this fabric she loved it, so we bought it! I'm not sure what we'll do with it yet, but I think we may do something ducky in the guest bathroom so we'll probably find a use for it there. Or maybe another quilt! Who knows! I've had this one a while now:

And this is another pink print I've had for a while. It matches the green print at the top of the page I bought today:

And last but not least here's a selection of polka dots I got today!:

So many crafts! So little time! Updates to come soon!
