Bush Criticized for Linking 9-11 and Iraq
We all knew it was coming and no surprise that's exactly what the Bush Administration did. Time and again there has been no link between 9-11 and Iraq made with anything approaching valid intelligence and yet every time a Republican gets up to speak there is a link made as if Osama and Sadam were just the closest friends. There wasn't a successful terrorist network in Iraq until the Republicans screwed up the invasion of Iraq. We allowed the terrorists to get a foothold, not Sadam. See under his list of atrocities against humanity is knocking off terrorists who tried to set up in his country. He hated religious fanatics and saw them as competition for his power, so they NEVER got a foothold until we invited them in with our incompetence. To say the Bush Administration is out of touch with reality is to pretend that you can get back from whatever pipe dream that their in to something that even remotely approximates reality. That Crackhead has lost it completely and before you worthless Neo-con whiners start talking about it being stupid to pull out of Iraq, I'm well aware that the dopeheads in Washington have painted us into a corner on this. We will be in Iraq when my kid's kids are graduating from college. As for the foolish notion that the war in Iraq is tying up all the terrorists in the world over there, well that's an even bigger pipe dream than Osama and Sadam having tea. The massive level of incompetence that permeates every level of this Republican government is providing less than no protection against the terrorists. It appears the only thing that is really holding them up is the fact that they are greedy for massive body counts to "prove" a point. Only a fool believes the half hearted lip service that the Republicans under Bush are giving to our security will do nothing to stop anything but Americans from living happy and productive lives, they will do nothing to stop anyone willing to die to "prove" their point.
