Proposal Made to Seize Souter's Property

If this was being done as a political statement it would be pretty funny and could be politely ignored, but given that the chief Republican hate monger Rush has gotten involved I'm now concerned for Souter's safety. Neo-cons have an extremely hard time controlling their negative impulses so it's bound to get out of hand. A little righteous indignation is appropriate, but actually putting someone in danger is completely unacceptable in a free society. Now the logical response, which I'm personally taking with this outrage, is to contact your state representatives to put into effect state laws to protect private property rights of citizens from Republican campaign contributors. As citizens that's what we should be doing. Right now only 8 states have laws in place to protect citizens and I'm hoping to see 50 by the end of the year with protections in place. I expect that it won't be that way, that you will see a large number of red states and hand full of blue ones without them in place. The former because they are pro-business and the latter because they are pro-government. Either way trying to bring personal harm to a Justice when the ruling can be easily overridden at the state level is completely out of line.
