Fitzgerald: GOP Talking Point "Won't Fly"
Fitzgerald was asked about a GOP talking point that the crimes charged are technicalities. He hit it out of the park: "That talking point won't fly." He said described just how serious the charges are against the Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the United States and noted this is a "very, very serious matter."He also said "truth is the engine of our judicial system."
I've often wanted someone to smack down the Republican "talking points" which are nothing but blatant and nefarious propaganda. It looks like Fitzgerald did a pretty good job with one of their "talking points" today. Go Fitz! You're beginning to be my hero! ;o)

Desperate Neo-cons are now grasping at straws, I just had one try to use the Kerry outed a spy falsehood from the last election. The Republicans are definitely going to have to back and make up some new things for their brain-dead followers to think, they are completely lost right now.

I must have missed that one. I don't remember that coming up during the election, but then again who knows...they made up so much other crap it doesn't surprise me at all.
