Iraq and 9/11 myths

I get so use to the Republicans lying about what they said yesterday, let alone the lies they told 5 years ago. Republicans are so naturally and inherently corrupt they really believe that no one can remember from day to day what they have said to the public. Well luckily the boys down at Hardball were able to just queue up the footage of the Bush Administration bold face lying to the American public about Iraq. I think the reporter makes an important point at the end of the report. Iraq didn't have anything to do with the accusations and faked intelligence provided by the Bush Administration at the start of the war, but through the Republican efforts to win elections they have created a terrorist super state that they claimed we were going to destroy. Sure makes one nervous as the Bush Administration saber rattles about the rest of the Middle East. If they can't even invade a country as small as Afghanistan successfully and repair it. Iraq is far beyond their incompetence to handle, turning the entire into a super terror state dedicated to our destruction sure doesn't seem like a good plan to any sane person.

Watch the video over at Crooks and Liars.
