They are easy. You take a large gold or silver bell, glue on a red pom pom for a nose and googly eyes. You take brown pipe cleaner and fashion "antlers" and stick it through the top of the bell and tie a red bow on the top of the bell as well. Then you can also loop whatever kind of ribbon or string you would like through the top of the bell to hang it. The bottom of the bell makes the reindeer's "mouth". I'll post another picture that gives a bit more detail.
