CA-48: NRCC spending with abandon
A quarter of a million dollars on a 58% registered Republican district. Any Neo-con that tells you that the GOP isn't in serious trouble is lying to your face. They are terrified because Americans have caught on to their innate criminality and corruption and they've got to spend great deals of money to win in their own districts. This is what will make Dean's 50 State Strategy so effective. The GOP is going to have to spend big to win their own districts as their own constituents turn against them. It's going to be very ugly folks. The GOP's problems are even more complicated in CA-48. The GOP has actually split into two branches...the racists and the standard criminal branches are actually running against one another for the same votes. It's crazy stuff to see that's for sure. So if you're in the area of the CA-48 make sure you vote if you're able and help if you can, but most of all do whatever you can to support Steve Young tomorrow. Cross your fingers folks this is going to be a close one.
