How long will the media let Bush hide the Abramoff meetings?
If I had to guess I would say indefinitely. Who exactly is going to stand up and force him to do it? He's stacked the Supreme Court with radical Republican appointees. They handed the United States over to him without any consideration for his qualifications to be President. The Congress is Republican controlled, which by definition means corruption is the standard way of doing business. There will be nothing more than fake effort from them to regulate the President no matter what law he breaks. He could be whacking tourists on the White House tour for fun and you wouldn't see any effort by Republicans to say he should stop. They will talk ad nauseam on the subject, but talk is all tht they will do. They are impotent to act to protect the interests of the United States. They hate our country folks, they would never do anything to save it. It's just not in their DNA to care what happens to this country. Their hate ideology tells them that the destruction of the United States should be their only goal. And everyday they go to work again trying to bring more harm to this country and its greatness.
Having said all this we all have to realize that we have 39% of the population that not only believes this is the way they should act, but thinks that this is what they want to happen. And remember that the 11% that now agree with the reality based community thought it was fine to support this kind of behavior just a year ago. Now they are acting like they are concerned. I don't believe these people are really on the side of America or they would have supported this country last year when the same behavior was the norm of the Republican party. Corruption and Evil are the hallmarks of Republicans so this isn't new. People who have suddenly had a change of heart should ask themselves seriously why they suddenly started caring for this nation and why they couldn't find it in their hearts to love this country when it needed them most?
The Republican hate ideology is a cancer growing on this nation and for as long as it's there we are all endangered by it. Abramoff was at the White House on average every day in the first 10 months of the Bush Presidency. Everyday. And you can go to any Republican brain-dead fool and they will tell you that it's fine for a confessed felon to be the best friend of the President and the Republican party. Republicans breaking the law is fine for them. These people are disgrace to this great nation.
