"Mommy's Sad!"
Alexis didn't take a nap today (who would have thought?) and thus is reaching the end of her screechydom. I'm currently in the process of making her dinner. A few minutes ago she came into the kitchen carrying her pitchfork and had the mother of all meltdowns. Quite appropriate with the pitchfork no? I promptly gave her a stern admonition and sent her to her time out chair. Now she's sitting in that chair whining and saying over and over again "Mommy's sad!" Gee Alexis you think? Someone is getting ready to eat dinner and go straight to bed!!!! Do not pass go! Do not collect $200!

Hope she's doing better this morning. We had a meltdown like that Sunday evening. She didn't even make it through dinner before getting put to bed. Boy, was she hungry in the morning!

She's ok. Not taking a nap though. She seems to think she doesn't need one anymore, but she's sorely mistaken! LOL
