There is no way the idiot next door is using as much wood as he gets out in his back yard and chops! I think he just likes to swing that axe around and make lots of noise. "Look at me! I am man! I will make noise! I will bust things up with my axe! I am strong! Ugh!"
Have I mentioned lately I hate this neighborhood?
