Karl Rove Controls the Republican Party
Big surprise there! For some reason people are surprised that corruption is the order of the day from the Bush White House. Hello?? It's the core tenant of the Republican party, followed by hate and fear. Corruption is what they are all about. For those of you that haven't heard, Karl Rove has personal threatened any Senate Republican on the Judicial committee if they vote to refer Bush for impeachment they will be blackballed in future races for Congress by the Republican party. Absolutely no support at all during their campaigns. Now we know all Republicans are motivated by greed and threatening their money would be like threatening a member of their family for the more moral among us and for anyone that had some sort misconception that this would have no effect at all, we saw the effects immediately when they refused to swear in Gonzales. Which means if he lies to Congress, he can't be prosecuted and we've seen a steady stream of lies coming out of his mouth. I mean come on folks! George Washington was doing electronic surveillance on Americans?? How the hell did he do electronic surveillance on them exactly? I know Franklin was always using his Blackberry, but come on?? Reality check!!!! Republicans will lie about anything because they are worthless pieces of human trash! It's been really interesting to hear about all the rest of the Presidents that did these sorts of things. I think the Talking Points folks summed it up best...all these examples are true and accurate, except for the fact that there wasn't a law against it back then. That's what you're not hearing from the right wing hate sites and the traditional media. All these cute examples were before there was a law passed to make it illegal in 1978. I know for you America hating Republicans this isn't a nation of laws, but for the rest of us that means something.
