They Are All A Bunch Of Old Perverts!
ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The family of the woman who caught the attention of Maryland Comptroller William Donald Schaefer at Wednesday's Board of Public Works meeting is talking about the incident.The aide to Gov. Robert Ehrlich, identified by The (Baltimore) Sun as 24-year-old Elizabeth Krum, brought Schaefer a beverage at the meeting. Schaefer allegedly watched her walk away, asked her to return, told her to walk away again and then watched again.
Krum wouldn't talk with The Sun about what happened, but her father, Allen Krum, said the family is very upset. He said he believes the incident was sexual harassment. He said he doesn't think the family will pursue legal action but the decision is up to his daughter.
Schaefer, 84, is unapologetic about his actions.
"The day I don't look at pretty women is the day I die," he said.
They'll argue he's from a different generation and that he doesn't know any better, but that is NOT AN EXCUSE!! The fact of the matter is that it wasn't right then and it most certainly isn't right now. This kind of thing has gone on unchecked for too long and they know they can get away with it. Nothing will happen to this man because he has a "hall pass" so to speak from our hideous Republican governor. His unapologetic attitude speaks volumes for the type of person he really is and goes to show "conservatives" aren't so conservative after all!

Unfortunately, Schaefer is a Democrat. Or maybe a DINO. But he certainly is a dirty old man, isn't he?

Yeah I knew he was a Dem, but he does claim to be conservative about some issues. And besides if anything came of it the Rep governor would let him off because they don't see harassing women as a crime.

I think any governor would let him slide, that idiot Glendenning looked the other way MANY times. Schaefer has been in politics in MD for 50 years, nobody is going to touch him unfortunately. I keep hoping he'll go away, nobody I know can stand the man and think he's a silly old fool, but somewhere out there people keep re-electing him!
