They Kick You When You're Down
Children have an innate sense of when you are sick or down and they proceed to kick you repeatedly. I woke up this morning with a sore throat, a fever and just general blahness and Alexis has taken advantage of it at every turn! Apparently Alexis can get in trouble when she is NOT quiet too! I was working on getting a new user set up at Lose This Weight and she was watching The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and singing along with Pooh. In the past the rule has always been if she's making noise you know she isn't up to anything, but boy was I wrong! I had brought down a brand new package of wipes this morning and laid them on the table. Alexis picked them up and I didn't think anything about it because she likes to squish the package. Well sometime while my back was turned on her she actually figured out how to open the package and proceeded to ruin the whole pack by rubbing them on everything in sight. So I made her throw them away and then sit in her timeout chair. On the plus side I don't need to dust now, on the minus side well you get the picture! It's going to be a very long day. When Jamison gets home I'm going back to bed!

Well, at least she was just cleaning with them while she was removing them from the package. Marilyn put all the wipers "inna potty" the last time she got hold of them. Fortunately I caught her before she tried to flush them.
