Scalia Claims Guantanamo Detainees Have No Right to Fair Trial

I'm no expert on what it means to be a judge so you lawyering types will have to clear some stuff up for me, but I thought you actually had to hear the evidence of the case before you could make a ruling. I'm sure that's some crazy idealistic vision of the American justice system that no longer exists, but that's what I was taught. And the Republican party holds up this guy as the yard stick for measuring the quality of the justices? I would try to explain to you worthless Republican scum out there about how this could be bad for you if you appoint nothing but judges that don't need to see any evidence to make a ruling, but your too dim witted for me to bother wasting my breath. Of course the Justice refuses to recuse himself from the case, but then again he seldom if ever recuses himself no matter how close he is to the case because it "won't effect his judgment". Well if you know the answers before you hear the case, then hearing the evidence is just a waste of time anyway, so I guess it's true it won't effect his judgment. And now with having people cut from the same mold Roberts and Alito on the bench. I hope you fools are happy. We are going to become a nation without the rule of law because of these kinds of worthless fools.
