Bush ignores new Patriot Act requirements

Nothing surprising here. Bush signed the new law and then immediately wrote up a note that he had no intentions of making any effort to protect the Constitutional rights of Americans. And the scream of outcry from the Republicans? Don't strain yourself because you won't be hearing one. They believe the President is above the law. That's why they were so willing to add in legislation to get the Democrats on board, because they knew that the President would never choose to start following the law. And all the impassioned speeches about American rights were all lies. It's just the kind of people Republicans are. Quite simply they don't care about America. And you saw the media's outrage about it? You missed it? No you didn't because there wasn't any. They got their fax from Karl Rove that any story is more important than that one. So the Democrats have been fooled again by the worthless lying Republican scum. It's time for them to stop pretending there is some way to work with Republicans, because the Republicans hate America and want it destroyed...end of conversation. They have no other goal. It's time for the Democrats to stand up and be leaders.
