6 Weird Facts/Habits About Myself

Yolanda tagged me for 6 weird facts/habits about myself so here it goes:

1. I like mustard on my grilled cheese sandwiches. I have no clue how I ended up putting mustard on my grilled cheese, but I've been doing it since I lived in Knoxville, Tennessee. I'm sure it was some sort of weird thought process along the lines of "you love mustard and grilled cheese...I wonder what a grilled cheese sandwich would taste like with mustard?" Who knows, but it whatever motivated me to do it, the concept stuck.

2. I'm a bit OCD. I get fixated on something and I have to do whatever it is or I think about it constantly until I do.

3. I like to do the things Alexis needs done myself (or with the help of Jamison). I've always been this way with her even when she was a baby. If she had a dirty diaper we changed it...if she was hungry we fed her...if she was crying we comforted her. I am a very hands on mother and I like it that way. I never felt the need to take a break from the ins and outs of her life. Sure we go on dates and things now and then, but if I'm here I'm doing what she needs.

4. I like cloudy days, windy days, rainy days or snowy days better than sunny days. To me they are more peaceful and calm.

5. I'm extremely shy. I don't like to speak in front a group. I'm perfectly happy to sit in the back and keep my mouth shut. Once you get to know me though I most likely won't shut up! :o) I think that is why online classes worked so well for me. I felt free to participate without the blinding fear of being the center of attention or someone actually looking at me. I would have loved to be an actor if I could have done so in the privacy of my own home without ever having to do any press or deal with people. :o)

6. I worry constantly about the environment. People who don't get it irritate me to the point of wanting to smack them across the side of their head for being stupid. I think it's quite evident that Mother Earth is mad as hell and she isn't going to take it anymore! People who look at the signs and deny that anything is happening are seriously deluded and their arguments are quite frankly insane.

Well that was fun! I'm not sure who to tag...Monica, Cheri, Jamison? You guys want to give it a whirl? Anyone else that wants to give it a go is welcome to as well. If you don't have a blog just reply in the comments section. :o)

#6 is so true and I find it overwhelmingly ridiculous when people refuse to believe the straight facts out there about the environment and what's currently happening.
