Progressive Advocacy group backs Duncan for governor

Interesting development here...Progressive Maryland has backed Duncan. On the surface this is an extremely big victory for Duncan. Progressive Maryland is a conglomerate of Progressive religious and political organizations. One thing that doesn't help is that O'Malley didn't bother to fill out the form as nearly as I can tell. That definitely doesn't speak well of his campaign. Even a lot of the more conservative candidates that share little in common with Progressives filled out the questionnaire. And it looks like my favorite for Maryland's New Comptroller Peter Franchot also was the only one to fill out the form in that race and he's been endorsed by the Progressive Maryland folks before. So I'm exciting to know that he's going to likely get it again. I really want to see his state wide name recognition get up there. Especially among Democrats.

Anyway, I'm including link below for the questionnaires if you're interested in seeing people's actual answers. Interestingly they don't mention they've endorsed anyone yet on their website. Moving at the speed of politics again, slow.
