More Sourdough Bread
This time I added some fresh, chopped rosemary to the top of the loaf with a little kosher salt. I brushed the top of the loaf with olive oil and the sprinkled it with the two ingredients. It smells heavenly, but I haven't tried it yet. The loaf itself rose a lot more. The starter is getting better with time!
