I'm not sure. I bought them right after we bought this house and I don't recall the exact type. I actually bought them because we needed some roots next to the wall to keep the dirt from eroding.

I just planted some day lilies. I've been slowly adding flowers I like. My mom is bringing me some of her tiger lilies when she comes for Alexis' birthday so I can plant some of them too.

I kill everything in my yard except the roses I planted!!! Not on purpose but because I have a red thumb but for some reason the roses thrive without any help from me. Go figure!!!

I've found roses (or at least the ones I have) to be pretty much do their own thing kind of plants. I just let them go and occasionally trim a branch if it just gets out of hand, but for the most part I just let it do its thing.
