Sour Dough Bread: Part 1
I found this sour dough recipe and decided to try it as our test run. Alexis and I made our "sponges" and fed our starters. I decided it was best to do the overnight fridge method so we'll make bread in the morning. We got a late start this afternoon and I plan to have long since been upstairs by 8 when it would be ready to go and Alexis will already be in bed by then too, so we'll do our baking in the morning so we both get to have fun. We'll update the results then.
