Which Fish Are Good? Which Fish Should Be Avoided?
Oceans Alive has a very nice page set up to let you know which fish are safe to eat and what should be avoided. They also have a printable pocket guide that you can put in your wallet and take with you to the store or to a restaurant so you can keep up with what is good for you and what is too toxic. Alexis and I both love Salmon, but I won't buy farmed Salmon, nor will I guy Salmon that doesn't say whether it is farmed or wild. Most farmed fish are NOT good for you, though there are so exceptions in the list below. This is especially true for Salmon!
According to Treehuger this is what you should keep in mind:
