Justice Department Won't Investigate Flier Distribution
Honestly, for as long as I can remember our government hasn't been as dishonest and partisan as it's been under the Republicans in the last 6 years. The Republican controlled Justice department has decided that it shouldn't investigate the obvious misconduct committed by the Republicans in Maryland desperately trying to swing the vote towards their candidates on Election day. I mean the Governor's wife met the workers as they got off the buses to give them their assignments, but it had nothing to do with Ehrlich or Steele if you ask the Republicans in Washington. This is yet another blatant abuse of power by the Bush Administration trying to cover for the criminal activities of a Republican party that has gone completely out of control. When Republicans scream out in horror about why they are losing races that used to be close, the answer is that Americans believe in the rule of law and not the tyrannical whims of dictators. It's utterly disgraceful that this kind of misconduct goes unpunished. This is yet more evidence of the two tiered system with one set of laws for the rest of us and one set of laws for Republicans.
