Pecan Pie Bars

Pecan Pie Bars

Crust:
1 cup of butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 cups brown sugar
A pinch of sea salt

Filling:
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of corn syrup
1 tablespoons of melted butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix crust mixture and press into a 13X9 inch dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

While the crust is baking mix together all of the filling ingredients. Pour mixture on top of prepared crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is set.

Cool and cut into bars.
