Brownie "Cupcakes"
Every brownie has edges! Yum!
4 - 1 ounce squares of unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of flour
1 cup of walnuts, chopped
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave.
Stir sugar into melted chocolate/ butter mixture until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and flour and stir until flour is incorporated. Add nuts, chocolate chips and coconut and mix well.
Pour into muffin pans that have cupcake liners in them and bake for 20-25 minutes until brownies are done. (When a tooth pick comes out of the brownies with moist crumbs.)
