Cinnamon Rolls
There's not an exact recipe for this. I wanted to make a small batch so I just mixed up about 2 cups of flour with a teaspoon or so of salt and then added some water that had yeast and sugar in it. Then I added enough of the water to form a dough similar to pizza dough. I rolled it out flat and brushed on some melted butter. Then I sprinkled it with sugar and cinnamon, rolled it up and then cut off slices. I baked them at 350 F until golden and then topped with icing. It made about 12. :o)
