Snickers Fudge
I stumbled across this recipe on a food blog entitled Culinary in the Desert Country and when I saw it I knew I had to give it a try! I made a batch today, without peanuts because Jamison doesn't like nuts in things, and it is heavenly! I highly recommend this fudge! It's to die for!!
Note: I did steps 1, 3 and 4 in the microwave instead of the stove top. It worked fine. And as I mentioned above I left out the peanuts.
Note 2: I did not refrigerate this fudge after I made it and I should have. It sort of melts if you don't store it in the fridge when it's done. Next time I'll remember that! :o)
